Petition to stop cuts in renewable electricity generation

A petition has been launched on the Government's website to stop the drastic cut in the feed-in tariff for renewable electricity generation being applied to churches, schools and charitable organisations.

"We need all the help we can get to reduce our carbon use, and across the country many organisations have gone a long way down the renewable route only to find the goalposts have moved."
