Clergy Conference
Final details for Clergy attending the Conference.

Postcode
There has been some confusion as to the best postcode for SatNav's –the main postcode given it is not accurate enough to use alone.  The best we can recommend is AL10 9NA – not the one previously given – but using the detailed street map with directions which can be printed off from http://www.conferencehertfordshire.co.uk/dehavilland/location/dehav_map0905.pdf to the entrance and car park.

Parking Permit
Please remember to bring the parking permit with you which was on the letter sent to you a number of weeks ago.  The letter is also online at http://www.norwich.anglican.org/clergy/conference/Directions.pdf if you do not have your original copy.

Registration
Registration is in the foyer of the Auditorium.  Having entered the building at the main entrance, you will be standing in a large glass-roofed corridor called The Street.  Follow the signs along the corridor until you get to the foyer on the right-hand side.  Room keys, conference packs and booklets will be given upon registration.

Bookstall
There will be a bookstall on the Tuesday and Wednesday with books and literature relevant to the sessions taking place.  Please therefore bring cash, cheque books or cards if you wish to purchase items.

Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner on Wednesday evening is an important part of our time together; it as something a bit special so please dress appropriately – ‘smart casual’ is probably the best guidance.

Sports Facilities
You have complimentary use of the pool and gym whilst staying on campus, just show your bedroom key card to the Sports Village reception.  Badminton and Squash courts are also available but delegates must be paid for on a cash basis at the reception desk.

Internet Access
If you wish to have internet access in your room then sign up for a username and password on registration. You will need this in order to access the internet whilst staying on campus. If you do not bring a laptop with you the PC's in the Learning and Resources Centre are available for your use.

Coach Transport
Everyone who has requested a place on the coach has been successful.  Please check that you are booked on the coach and at the pickup point you requested below.  If there are any problems please contact Sue Cramp 01986 895535 or sbcramp@waitrose.com  or on the day 0774 7734 058.
