Meditation Masterclass

Norwich's first Meditation Masterclass: an oppportunity to learn the techniques of Meditation and Contemplation from a recognised Master.

Cynthia Bourgeault is an Episcopal priest, wirter and retreat leader, presently resident in Canada where she serves as Director of the Contemplative Society in Victoria, BC, and teaches regularly at the Vancouver School of Theology.  The Masterclass will be a combination of teaching, practical exercises and guided meditation to enable you to develop your own practice.
There will then be extra opportunity to be at a unique Eucharist celebrated at St Augustine's Old Church on the Sunday morning.
