The Lord Chancellor as patron is seeking an Incumbent for this benefice of 5 parishes in North-West Norfolk.

5 villages in South Norfolk; population of 3000, three primary schools. Range from BCP to modern services in central tradition.

To serve the single parish of Great Plumstead and Little Plumstead with Thorpe End and Witton, 4 miles East of Norwich, a mix of suburban and rural, with four churches.

And Assistant Priest in the Wensum Benefice (comprising Weston Longville w Morton-on-the-Hill, Great w Little Witchingham and Lenwade, Alderford, Attlebridge, Swannington and Ringland)

The person appointed will need excellent secretarial skills, be computer literate, hardworking and able to work on their own initiative dealing with a wide range of administrative tasks.

This is an initiative by the church, working in the community with full support of the County Youth work and Community Police team.

We are looking for someone with project planning and development experience, particularly rural community projects and who has an enthusiasm for the voluntary sector, empowering volunteers.
